Terms & Conditions — we555 Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the we555 platform ("we555", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your registration, access and use of the online sports betting, casino and gaming services available at https://we555.cam and any associated mobile application or digital interface.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager on the we555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

These Terms must be read alongside the we555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the we555 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to an Account under a specific bonus offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency in which Account balances may be denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is restricted, prohibited or unlawful.
• "Services" means all sports betting, casino, live dealer, instant win and other gaming products made available on the platform.
• "Operator" means the entity responsible for the technical and commercial operation of the we555 platform.
• "User" means any individual who registers an Account on the platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the we555 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. we555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age requirements are not satisfied.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to the we555 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Territories must not register an Account. The fact that the platform is technically accessible from a particular location does not constitute permission or authorisation to use it from that location. Pakistani users are reminded of the restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and must independently verify their legal position before participating.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the we555 platform. The use of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances. 3.4 Employee Exclusion

Directors, officers, employees, contractors and their immediate family members of we555 or any affiliated entity are not permitted to hold a User Account or participate in any gambling activity on the platform.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields requested. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. we555 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

4.3 Verification Obligations

we555 may at any time require you to complete identity verification (KYC) as a condition of continued Account access, bonus eligibility or withdrawal processing. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The we555 platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the platform on behalf of any third party, for business purposes, or as an agent for any other individual or entity.

5.2 Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You accept that we555 does not guarantee any return on amounts wagered. You agree to participate in gambling activities solely at your own discretion and with funds that you can afford to lose.

5.3 Platform Access

we555 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform or any part of its Services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, regulatory compliance, security purposes or any other reason at its sole discretion.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Funding Your Account

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may include but are not limited to bank transfers, mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users, and cryptocurrency. The presence of a payment method name on this platform does not imply that the provider endorses or supports gambling.

6.2 Currency

Account balances may be held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is available. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the point of transaction. We do not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the live cashier. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be processed.

6.4 Declined Transactions

we555 is not responsible for deposits declined by payment service providers, banks or mobile wallet operators. Individual providers may decline gambling-related transactions in accordance with their own policies. 7. Withdrawals & KYC

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. All active wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

7.2 Identity Verification

we555 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You must provide satisfactory documentation including a valid CNIC (both sides), proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed to the satisfaction of the we555 compliance team.

7.3 Processing Times

we555 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times depend on the operator's internal review process, the payment method selected, and the relevant financial institution. 7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are displayed in the live cashier. we555 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence and extended processing review for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are specified in the terms of each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new depositing users only, subject to minimum qualifying deposit requirements and the use of any applicable promotional codes.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement applied to PKR 5,000 requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying bets. These figures are illustrative; always read the specific promotion terms.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum stake per bet applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per bet or spin unless otherwise stated. Placing bets exceeding the maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free spin credits expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

we555 reserves the right to decline, void or withdraw any bonus offer and to suspend or close an Account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or activity inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. This includes but is not limited to low-variance bonus play strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk exposure.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General Rules

All bets and gaming activity on we555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of we555's trading or gaming team shall be final.

9.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

we555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or with terms that are clearly the result of a technical error, software malfunction or manifest mistake — including obviously incorrect odds, erroneous bet acceptance or system-generated errors. we555 is not obligated to honour bets accepted under such circumstances.

9.3 Cancelled or Abandoned Events

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach the required completion threshold, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sport-specific rules for the relevant market. Stakes on voided bets will typically be returned to the user's Account Balance.

9.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You must only wager funds that you have deposited into your Account and that represent money you are willing to lose. we555 accepts no responsibility for financial decisions made by users in connection with platform activity.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we555 platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bonus structures or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other users or coordinating betting activity to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financially motivated abuse of the platform.
• Using the platform for commercial gain, as an agent for third parties, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening conduct toward platform staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

11. Responsible Gambling

The platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the responsible gambling section of your Account dashboard.

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from we555.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity undertaken on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or system errors.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform.
• Any financial, legal or regulatory consequences of using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by we555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity documents, payment details and usage data. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling operations and, where consented, marketing communications.

15. Account Termination

15.1 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting we555 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Outstanding balance withdrawals remain subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

15.2 By we555

we555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, regulatory or legal requirement, Account inactivity, or failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe.

15.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements, provided the Account was closed in good standing. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of circumstance.

16. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed or registered. Specific governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms are published in the platform's official licensing disclosure section.

17. Amendments to These Terms

we555 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus conditions, account eligibility or dispute resolution procedures — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.1.
